"Return Policy"

Items being returned for refund or exchange, must be in the original condition, with the original packaging, within 10 days after receiving item. Items must have a return authorization number. Please contact clockfind for that number at 1-888-823-8100.  Any item returned without an authorization number will not be credited for a refund. Items should be insured and buyer pays all shipping costs associated with returns. Clockfind will credit the customer's account all payment except the shipping charges paid on that item by clockfind to the customer.
